Vitality Harbor’s attorneys need extra time to reply Home Invoice 6 questions

Akron-based Energy Harbor went bankrupt in February 2020.  In July 2020, federal prosecutors exposed a $ 60 million corruption case related to Ohio law that would have resulted in a $ 1.3 billion bailout for Energy Harbor and other utilities.  The criminal case resulted in US bankruptcy judge Alan Koschik pausing in approving some legal fees for attorneys working on the legislation.
