PHILADELPHIA (CBS) Philadelphia prosecutors will announce Monday of the mass shootings in Broad and Olney last week. The police are still looking for the shooter who shot eight people shortly before 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

Chaos broke out near SEPTA’s Olney Transportation Center.
A surveillance camera captured eyewitnesses running for cover as the shooter opened fire. At least 18 cartridge cases were found at the scene.

The victims were between 17 and 71 years old.
The oldest victim, a 71-year-old man, was seriously injured.
Councilor Cherelle Parker, who represents the 9th district, says there is a well-known open-air drug market at the transportation hub. She says her office has worked with stakeholders for years to improve the Broad-Olney Corridor.
