HARTFORD, Conn – An attorney for Michelle Troconis – a woman charged in connection with the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos – wants the state to provide additional evidence in the case of alleged co-conspirator Kent Mawhinney.
According to Attorney Jon Shoenhorn’s request for additional disclosure and scrutiny, he is asking the state to share alleged confessions, written statements from law enforcement, and other recorded interactions between Mawhinney and police.
Kent Mawhinney is also charged with conspiracy to murder in connection with the murder of Jennifer Dulos.
Mawhinney is scheduled to go to court on February 2nd.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
