Kenton County attorney Stacy Tapke has been named president of the Kentucky County Attorneys Association (KCAA).
Your two-year term begins in January.
Tapke is currently the vice president of the nationwide organization.
KCAA was established to promote collaboration among prosecutors across the state.
Tapke has been on the Board of Directors for four years.
“It is truly an honor and a privilege to be elected by my colleagues to lead the KCAA for the next two years,” Tapke said in a Commonwealth press release. I appreciate how my district attorneys always band together impartially to do what is in the best interests of justice and our local communities. “
Tapke, the first woman elected Kenton County’s attorney, is in her second term.
