SAN FRANCISCO, June 15, 2021 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – The global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is expanding its extensive experience California Litigation attorneys with the addition of Rodney M. Hudson as a shareholder in its expanding pharmaceutical, medical device and health care litigation, as well as product liability and claims for damages. Hudson, who has more than 20 years of drug and device process experience, joins the firm from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP and will be based in Greenberg Traurigs San Francisco Office.

At Greenberg Traurig, Hudson represents global pharmaceutical, medical device and technology companies nationwide in complex litigation including product liability, mass crime, class actions and trade disputes. He has represented clients in eight state multi-district litigation and seven state-coordinated litigation involving tens of thousands of cases, including serving as lead, joint director and liaison attorney in litigation.

Hudson has recently served on multiple litigation teams in leading and other legal proceedings in jurisdictions across the country and has won major litigation, trial, and appeals wins.
