Without a doubt, paralegals are vital to the process of civil litigation. Not only do they work closely with lawyers to investigate the progress of their cases, but they are also often the first line of communication for the clients the law firm represents. It is a demanding job that requires excellent communication and special legal knowledge.
To support paralegals involved in mass disputes, Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) Connect was recently launched Paralegal College, a series of free webinars especially for them. In these webinars, attorney and paralegal panels cover a variety of topics in depth, including:
- Remote work and productivity best practices,
- Communication strategies between mass killing teams and with clients, opponents and legal service providers
- Case organization, including organizing files, tracking information, and handling the multitude of documents involved in mass experiments
- Assisting lawyers before and during dismissal,
- Prioritize and be a self-starter and more.
These webinars are a must for mass injury paralegals MTMP is an authority on all areas of mass disputes.
