Drug expenses filed by State’s Legal professional’s Workplace

EDWARDSVILLE – Several drug-related charges were recently filed by the Madison County State Attorney’s Office.

The charges filed on August 16 include:

• Jeffrey C. Koehler, 33, from the first block of Redbird Lane, Collinsville, has been charged with improper possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of justice, and driving with disqualified driving, all class 4 crimes. The case was presented by the Glen Carbon Police Department. On August 14, court records found that Koehler had less than 15 grams of clonazepam; gave false information to a police officer; and it was found that he was driving on Illinois 259 with a revoked driver’s license. He was found to have had a criminal record for multiple trips under the influence of charges from abroad. The deposit was set at $ 25,000.

• Brittany D. Herr, 27, of 3700 Block on Shipman Cutoff Road, Bunker Hill, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 crime. The case was presented by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. According to court records, Mr. was found to have less than 15 grams of hydrocodone on August 16. The deposit was set at $ 15,000.

• Kristina M. Johnson, 36, of Fairview Heights, was charged with the illicit possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 crime. The case was presented by Collinsville Police Department. According to court records, Johnson was in possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine on August 13. The bail was set at $ 20,000.

• Jason M. Hood, 40, of 400 block on Aurora Street, Collinsville, was charged on August 13 with the illegal possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 crime. The case was presented by Collinsville Police Department. According to court records, Hood was in possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine on April 13. The bail was set at $ 20,000.
