Chad Isaak’s trial in jeopardy after protection attorneys withdraw

Defense attorney, who represents four-time murder suspect Chad Isaak, has withdrawn from the case. Isaac will be tried in just 38 days.

Isaac’s attorney, Robert Quick, filed documents in Morton County showing that there is now a conflict of interest and Quick can no longer defend Isaak. Quick has been Isaac’s attorney since almost the start of the proceedings in April 2019.

Vogel law firm, which also acted as a secondary attorney in the case, has also withdrawn.
At this point, no further documents have been filed to change the process, which is scheduled to begin on June 7th.

Isaak is accused of killing four RJR Maintenance and Management employees on April 1, 2019.
